TradingDeck ("we", "our", or "the extension") is a Chrome extension that provides a risk calculator for use on TradingView. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.

1. Information We Collect

• License key: When you activate TradingDeck, your license key is stored locally in Chrome's storage on your device. It is never transmitted to any third party.
• Extension settings: Your account size, risk percentage, and sidebar preferences are stored locally in Chrome's storage. They never leave your device.
• Email address: When you purchase TradingDeck, your email is collected by our payment processor (Stripe) and used solely to deliver your license key. We do not use it for marketing.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

• We do not collect browsing history or TradingView activity.
• We do not use analytics, tracking pixels, or third-party monitoring tools.
• We do not store or transmit your entry prices, stop levels, or any trade data.
• We do not sell or share your data with any third party.

3. Payment Processing

Purchases are processed by Stripe. TradingDeck never sees or stores your payment card information. Please refer to Stripe's privacy policy for details on how they handle payment data.

4. License Validation

When you activate the extension, your license key is sent to our server solely to verify it is valid. We do not log this request beyond what is necessary to confirm validity. The key is then stored locally on your device for future use.

5. Permissions

TradingDeck requests the following Chrome permissions:

• storage: To save your settings and license key locally on your device.
• activeTab: To detect whether you are on a TradingView chart page.
• Host permission (tradingview.com): To inject the risk calculator sidebar into TradingView chart pages.
• Host permission (tradingdeck.vercel.app): To validate your license key on activation.

6. Data Retention

Local data (settings, license key) remains on your device until you uninstall the extension or clear Chrome's storage. Server-side license records are retained indefinitely to support reactivation if you reinstall the extension.

7. Children's Privacy

TradingDeck is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes.
